Independent Condition Reports You Can Trust

An inspection is different from a maintenance visit: it's a one-off, independent assessment rather than ongoing care of a unit you already service with us. We see this requested most often by home and hotel buyers doing due diligence before completing a purchase, landlords documenting condition for insurance or compliance, and facility managers taking over a building with an unfamiliar heat pump system.

Every inspection ends with a written report covering the unit's condition, an estimated remaining lifespan, and any repair recommendations — with no pressure to book further work through us. If you already own the unit and want ongoing care instead, see our maintenance and servicing plans.

Common Questions

Heat Pump Inspection Services in Kenya — FAQs

What does a heat pump inspection cover?

We assess the compressor, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, tank condition and controls, then provide a written report with a condition rating and remaining lifespan estimate.

Do I need an inspection before buying a property with a heat pump installed?

It's strongly recommended. A heat pump nearing the end of its life can be a significant unbudgeted cost, and our report gives you an independent, written basis for negotiation.

How long is an inspection report valid?

We recommend treating a report as current for about 12 months, or re-inspecting sooner if the system develops any new symptoms.

Can you inspect a heat pump you didn't install?

Yes — inspections are specifically designed for units installed by another company or a previous owner.
