A one-off, written condition assessment for a heat pump you don't yet own, don't yet trust, or need documented for compliance — with no obligation to book further work.

An inspection is different from a maintenance visit: it's a one-off, independent assessment rather than ongoing care of a unit you already service with us. We see this requested most often by home and hotel buyers doing due diligence before completing a purchase, landlords documenting condition for insurance or compliance, and facility managers taking over a building with an unfamiliar heat pump system.
Every inspection ends with a written report covering the unit's condition, an estimated remaining lifespan, and any repair recommendations — with no pressure to book further work through us. If you already own the unit and want ongoing care instead, see our maintenance and servicing plans.
Report turnaround: Within 48 hours of the site visit
Inspection fee: KSh 5,000 – 12,000 depending on system size
Report includes: Condition rating, lifespan estimate, repair recommendations
Coverage: Nationwide, including pre-purchase site visits
We carry out independent heat pump inspections nationwide for home buyers, hotel operators, landlords and facility managers.

We assess the compressor, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, tank condition and controls, then provide a written report with a condition rating and remaining lifespan estimate.
It's strongly recommended. A heat pump nearing the end of its life can be a significant unbudgeted cost, and our report gives you an independent, written basis for negotiation.
We recommend treating a report as current for about 12 months, or re-inspecting sooner if the system develops any new symptoms.
Yes — inspections are specifically designed for units installed by another company or a previous owner.
